Information about using the demo account:
Your access to the demo account is automatically deleted after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: If you decide to purchase a software license before the 30-day trial period expires, you must first have your access to the demo account deleted. Please use the form Demo Account – Delete Access.
Your Access to the demo account is not a license, but corresponds to a user account for employees without admin rights.
In the demo account you can use the functions “give feedback” and “edit/delete feedback” under the same conditions as in the live version. You will also receive access rights to the “Management Cockpit” with demo data.
The number of usable feedback parameters in the demo account is limited to examples.
In order to comply with the legal requirements of the data protection regulation, we must ask you to provide us with a few details about your person and organisation when requesting access to the demo account. Thank you very much.
Please also note that for copyright reasons we only accept business based requests. Therefore, the specification of the company as well as an e-mail address that can be clearly assigned to the company is a prerequisite for access to the demo account.
For a short feedback on the demo app, we also take the liberty of contacting you again after the “test period” has expired.
