SMART FED uses a two-level license fee model consisting of a fixed and a variable component.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and include a regular contract period of 12 months. The license contracts can be terminated prematurely at the end of each month.
Existing license agreements are automatically extended by 12 months if they are not cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the regular contract period.

The license models of SMART FED are flexible & fair.
What exactly does that mean?
The individual license models only determine the price basis for the monthly calculation of the license fees. However, you are completely free and unlimited at all times with regard to the number of employees you wish to register for the use of the feedback app.
This means that you can exceed or fall below the specified number of employees for the individual license models at any time. With the exception of the absolute minimum license limit of 11 employees (see General Terms and Conditions), you will only ever be charged for the actual number of registered employees at the price conditions of the license model you have selected.
This also means you don’t have to worry about adapting the licensing model as your organization grows or shrinks throughout the contract period.
Important to know!
If the number of your employees is above or below the currently selected license model in the long term, you can simply select a new license model before the start of a new contract period in order to optimize the total costs.
